2013-03-16 - Dagub - Socotra sparrows (Passer insularis) in Dagub Cave

from Socotra Soundscapes: Field Recordings from the Archipelago (BENEFIT RELEASE) by Socotra Soundscapes

Dagub Cave is a small cave located on Socotra's southern coast on an area called the Noged Plain. The cave overlooks a number of villages and is occasionally inhabited. These Socotra sparrows (Passer insularis) were resting in the mouth of the cave, avoiding the brutal heat of the day.
