This is the night when the veil is thin that divides the worlds. It is the New Year in the time of the old year's death, when the harvest is gathered and the fields lie fallow. We meet here in time out of time, between the worlds of life and death, to pay our respects to those who have died, say a final farewell, and remember the mystery. Every ending brings a new beginning.
